As we head into cold season - for both the weather and our immune systems - there is nothing like warm healing tea. Green tea, turmeric, honey, and ACV! What you will need: 1 cup of boiling water 1 bag of green tea 1-inch piece of fresh turmeric, peeled and thinly sliced (or 1/4 teaspoon of ground turmeric) 1/2 tablespoon Ginger Limeade Shrub 1 tablespoon honey 1 tablespoon Turmeric Apple Cider Vinegar Dash of black pepper (helps the body absorb the turmeric) Add boiling water to a mug with your green tea and turmeric. Steep for 3 minutes or the time recommended by the brand of tea you are using. Take the tea bag out after this time and stir in the rest of the ingredients. Enjoy!
