One of the most versatile shrubs we make! The blood oranges have a beautiful orange/raspberry flavor, then add some Meyer lemons to the mix and you have a perfectly sweet and tart combination with amazing color!

Our shrubs are a blend of our apple cider vinegar, the highest quality fruit, and a dash of sugar. Unlike commercial apple cider vinegars, we use only fresh, hand-picked fruit, not discards or windfalls. You can taste the difference!

  • Use in cocktails, salads, marinades and more
  • Apples grown locally in California
  • Made just steps away from the orchard
  • Aged in oak barrels for two years!
  • Contains the live vinegar mother

How to use it: This shrub is so versatile and delicious as a sparkling citrus marinade, sparkling water flavor, or cocktailOr check our recipe card.

Packed in a glass bottle and finished with a cork—like a bottle of wine!

We grow a variety of apples: Pink Pearl, Red Rome Beauty, Yellow Bellflower, Gravenstein, and Golden Delicious, just to name a few! Sustainability is key, so our trees are rain irrigated and all of our apple pomace and waste is spread out to fertilize our trees. Peel to pip, our process is a closed loop.

        This shrub is the bomb!

Wow, this blood orange and meyer lemon apple cider vinegar based shrub is the bomb! I took a drink of it straight first - wow- then made both non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks (the latter trying vodka and then gin). It is amazing. So much flavor! Thank you so much for making this available.

        Gift for my sister

She had never heard of a shrub and always enjoyed mixing cranberry and sparkling water on ice, so I thought this would be a nice surprise. It turned out to be just that. She absolutely loves it.

        Addicted!

I have become a fan of vinegar shrubs over the past couple years and when I learned of "Little Apple Treats" I decided to give their shrubs a try. I will admit that reading the descriptions I thought Wow! I beat these would make excellent cocktails. I bought two different small bottles and have not made a cocktail yet. I enjoy the blood orange-lemon shrub with spindrift natural grapefruit sparkling water and ice. The tanginess is so delightful! I am completely addicted and I have come back for the "superfan" size!
