Ginger + Hibiscus Shrub
Our #1 selling shrub! A blend of tangy hibiscus and warming ginger make this tart, fruity, floral and a little spicy! We love it as hibiscus lemonade--muddle a few lemon wedges, add Ginger + Hibiscus shrub, and top with sparkling water and a spring of mint.
Our shrubs are a blend of our farm-made apple cider vinegar, fresh fruit, and a touch of sugar. There are a lot of ways to use them: a couple of teaspoons in a glass of sparkling water makes a natural soda or they can be used as a cocktail mixer, salad dressing or marinade!
