Limited Release: Mandarinquat + Meyer Lemon + Bay Shrub
Our friends at Gold Ridge Organic Farm in Sebastopol grow fantastic citrus, among other things. So we were thrilled to get some of their fantastic mandarinquats and Meyer lemons to create this sweet, tart and utterly complex shrub. It's the closest thing to marmalade in a bottle, with a delicate hint of the organic bay leaf elevating all the other ingredients. This shrub makes the perfect companion for tonic water, lemonade or gin. Very limited quantity!
Our shrubs are a blend of our apple cider vinegar, the highest quality fruit, and a dash of sugar. Unlike commercial apple cider vinegars, we use only fresh, hand-picked fruit, not discards or windfalls. You can taste the difference!
How to use it: Make a gin cocktail, add it to tonic water, or mix it up with some lemonade!
Packed in a glass bottle and finished with a cork—like a bottle of wine!
