Guava Limeade Shrub
A tropical sunset in a bottle, our Guava Limeade Shrub uses White Guavas from our friend Will Brokaw, who grows them to perfection in Southern California. The distinctive sweetness of the guavas, combined with the citrus zing of the limes, balance against the tartness of the apple cider vinegar to produce an amazingly good shrub.
Our shrubs are a blend of apple cider vinegar, sugar, and fruit. There are a lot of ways to use them: a couple of teaspoons in a glass of sparkling water makes a natural soda or they can be used as a cocktail mixer, salad dressing or marinade!

What makes our shrubs so special?
- Our vinegar comes from freshly-pressed apple cider we make from our organic apples in Sebastopol, CA.
- It contains live vinegar mother, so it's potent with probiotics.
- We use hand-picked apples, not the apples rotting on the ground. Commercial vinegar apples are almost always made from windfalls -- an apple can be half rotten and still be acceptable! Not ours.
