Red Peach Shrub
Red-fleshed peaches, sometimes called blood peaches or Cherokee peaches, have a wonderful floral, fruity flavor that make this a beautiful shrub. We added a touch of cinnamon and ginger to make it taste like a slice of the best peach pie you’ve ever tasted!
Our shrubs are a blend of our apple cider vinegar, the highest quality fruit, and a dash of sugar. Unlike commercial apple cider vinegars, we use only fresh, hand-picked fruit, not discards or windfalls. You can taste the difference!

How to use it: Make a sweet and balanced marinade or salad dressing with this shrub. We also like it mixed with sparkling wine or sparkling water for a refreshing summer spritzer.
