Unlike commercial apple cider vinegars, we use only fresh, hand-picked fruit, not discards or windfalls. You can taste the difference!
How it tastes: the anise hyssop adds a subtle sweetness (with no added sugar!), and the tarragon adds a bright herbal freshness. Try it in our seasonal potato salad recipe, with some extra tarragon.
How to use it: It's perfect for salad dressings, for sipping after dinner, or for adding to water for a morning shot of probiotics!
