Guava Limeade Shrub
Looking for a tropical sunset in a bottle? Our Guava Limeade Shrub uses White Guavas from our friend Will Brokaw, who grows them to perfection in Southern California. The distinctive sweetness of the guavas, combined with the citrus zing of the limes, balance against the tartness of the apple cider vinegar to produce an amazing shrub.
Our shrubs are a blend of our apple cider vinegar, the highest quality fruit, and a dash of sugar. Unlike commercial apple cider vinegars, we use only fresh, hand-picked fruit, not discards or windfalls. You can taste the difference!

Love all the little apple shrubs. Bought them at the farmer's market in SF all the time, and love ordering online now that we moved. All of the flavors are wonderful. I like to mix them with sparkling water on ice or use as a light salad dressing all on their own.
