Lemon, Lime + Thai Lime Leaf Shrub

Our friend Emily grows Thai lime trees in her windy San Francisco backyard just for us! We use both the leaves and the super fragrant limes, along with Meyer lemons, in this popular shrub. Try this shrub muddled with a slice of lemon and lime, add lemon sparkling water, then top with a few grinds of black pepper. Delicious!

Our shrubs are a blend of our farm-made apple cider vinegar, fresh fruit, and a touch of sugar. There are a lot of ways to use them: a couple of teaspoons in a glass of sparkling water makes a natural soda or they can be used as a cocktail mixer, salad dressing or marinade!
