Ginger + Hibiscus Shrub

Our #1 selling shrub! A blend of tangy hibiscus and warming ginger make this tart, fruity, floral and a little spicy! We love it as hibiscus lemonade--muddle a few lemon wedges, add Ginger + Hibiscus shrub, and top with sparkling water and a spring of mint.

Our shrubs are a blend of our farm-made apple cider vinegar, fresh fruit, and a touch of sugar. There are a lot of ways to use them: a couple of teaspoons in a glass of sparkling water makes a natural soda or they can be used as a cocktail mixer, salad dressing or marinade!

Ingredients: apple cider vinegar, organic evaporated cane juice, organic ginger, organic hibiscus blossoms

        Love this!

Refreshing and unique, great option for a festive drink. I served a splash of this hibiscus ginger cider in sparkling water when we had friends over and everyone loved it. Also great to bring as a host/hostess gift.

        Secret sipper

I admit it. I never share my Ginger Hibiscus Shrub. I sip a little from the bottle most every day. I love the blend of sharp ginger and vinegar and the floral note of hibiscus. I haven’t tried it on anything yet Just my mouth. And it’s quite fine there

        Fantastic

I love this stuff. I add it to sparking water and drink it when I want something interesting to drink that is non-alcoholic. The sweetness and flavor and acidity from the vinegar make such a nice combination. Also works great for any guests who do not wish to partake in the wine or cocktails. Add a citrus wheel and it extra feels fancy. I have tried several flavors and they are all good, but ginger hibiscus is my favorite. All are much better than other shrubs I have tried.
