Derived from bolting cilantro that's going to seed, but hasn't dried into true coriander yet, each shiny green seed evokes notes of pink peppercorns, lemon verbena, and a touch of the tropics. Infused into our ACV with the freshest of Meyer lemons, this shrub is wonderfully sophisticated and versatile. Use it to make a delicious sparkling citrus marinade, sparkling water, or cocktail.

Did you know? Shrubs are a slightly sweet, acidic syrup usually made from vinegar, sugar, and fruit juices. Ours are handcrafted steps from the orchard with the award-winning ACV of our hand picked apples. We use just a touch of sugar and whole fruit—not just their juices—for the fullest natural flavor.
