Turmeric Wellness Tea (makes 1 mug)
- 1 cup hot water (not boiling—you want to preserve those beneficial probiotics!)
- 1 bag green tea
- 1-inch piece fresh turmeric, peeled and thinly sliced (or ¼ teaspoon ground turmeric)
- ½ tablespoon Ginger Limeade Shrub
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon Turmeric Vinegar
- Dash of black pepper (helps your body absorb the turmeric)
Add hot water to a mug with your green tea and turmeric. Steep for 3 minutes, then remove the tea bag. Stir in the shrub, honey, vinegar, and black pepper.
