All Vinegars
It all started with apples. Lots and lots of apples.
When we bought our Sebastopol farm in 1999, we became accidental apple growers. A few years later, we started wondering what else we could make with all that wonderful fruit. In 2009, we made our first batch of apple cider vinegar, and we've been happily experimenting ever since.
Our original apple cider vinegar is made from apples grown on our certified organic farm, and we've added a few flavored versions along the way. But apples turned out to be only the beginning.
These days, we also make red and rosé wine vinegars, including two made with wines from our friend Martha Stoumen. There's a Triple-Fermented Honey Vinegar, Apple Balsamic, and Pinot Noir + Apple Cider Vinegar, too. It's quite a collection considering we started out wondering what to do with all those apples.
Take a look around. There's a vinegar here for just about every corner of your kitchen, and probably a few uses we haven't thought of yet.
