Ingredients
- A few slices fresh pineapple
- 1 jigger Passionfruit, Blood Orange and Guava (POG) shrub
- 2 jiggers light, fruity cold brew
- Tonic water to top
- Pineapple slice for garnish
Instructions
- Muddle fresh pineapple slices in a 12 oz glass
- Fill glass with ice
- Add cold brew and POG shrub
- Top with tonic water and stir gently
- Garnish with a pineapple slice
