Our Estate Bottles are made for those who find themselves reaching for their favorite shrub again and again. Each custom-printed glass bottle is finished with a natural cork and filled with the same small-batch shrub we make here in Sebastopol, California. Designed to be as beautiful on the table or bar cart as it is useful in the kitchen, it's a bottle you'll reach for often.

Blood oranges have a floral, almost raspberry-like flavor that brings out the raspberries in this shrub. The result is bright, layered, and a little unexpected. Mix it with sparkling water for an easy spritz, shake it into a cocktail, or use it in a citrus vinaigrette.

Every Estate Bottle includes our favorite cocktail and mocktail recipe cards, making it easy to start pouring from the moment it arrives.

About our shrubs

Shrubs are a centuries-old way of preserving fruit, combining vinegar, a touch of sugar, and whole fruit into a bright, versatile pantry staple. Ours begin with our award-winning apple cider vinegar, made from hand-picked apples and slowly aged in oak barrels for two years. We use whole fruit—not just juice—and just enough organic cane sugar to let the fruit shine.

Our Orchards

We grow a variety of apples: Pink Pearl, Red Rome Beauty, Yellow Bellflower, Gravenstein, and Golden Delicious, just to name a few! Sustainability is key, so our trees are rain irrigated and all of our apple pomace and waste is spread out to fertilize our trees. Peel to pip, our process is a closed loop.

Delicious Shrubs - A special treat

My husband and I love the shrubs and mix a small amount with sparkling mineral water as our nightly indulgence with dinner. We especially love the blood orange and raspberry shrub. We went from small bottles to the superfan size to now a repeating subscription so we won't be without this delicious treat.

We have been using flavored vinegars for years with olive oil on our salads at night. I’m enjoying the shrubs even better than the vinegars now because they are less sweet but still very flavorful and refreshing.

Great alternative to wine habit

I recently stopped drinking wine but I missed the slightly acidic tang. I purchased a small bottle of this in Napa over the summer and decided to mix with seltzer to see if it would be a good replacement and I couldn’t be happier with the flavor profile. I have gotten a few additional flavors to try and have enjoyed each one. This one is not overly sweet which I like.

As Good as Ever

I recently purchased the large size of blood range/raspberry and the quality and great taste remained true to form. I had purchased the smaller several several times previously and this was as good as ever. I mix it with cold water/carbonated water for a refreshing drink just about every day. Servie was excellent with shipping and delivery completed quickly. I highly recommend.
