Our Estate Bottles are made for those who find themselves reaching for their favorite shrub again and again. Each custom-printed glass bottle is finished with a natural cork and filled with the same small-batch shrub we make here in Sebastopol, California. Designed to be as beautiful on the table or bar cart as it is useful in the kitchen, it's a bottle you'll reach for often.
Passionfruit, blood orange, and white guava make this shrub bright, juicy, and full of tropical flavor. The blood orange keeps it from feeling too sweet, while the passionfruit and guava give it that lush, sunny quality that has made it our best seller. Pour it over crushed ice with coconut water, or add coconut rum for an easy cocktail.
Every Estate Bottle includes our favorite cocktail and mocktail recipe cards, making it easy to start pouring from the moment it arrives.
About our shrubs
Shrubs are a centuries-old way of preserving fruit, combining vinegar, a touch of sugar, and whole fruit into a bright, versatile pantry staple. Ours begin with our award-winning apple cider vinegar, made from hand-picked apples and slowly aged in oak barrels for two years. We use whole fruit—not just juice—and just enough organic cane sugar to let the fruit shine.
