Our small-batch Estate Red Wine Vinegar begins with carefully selected wines that deserve a second chapter! Through secondary fermentation and three years of oak aging, these wines transform completely into a delicious vinegar, developing a rich, sherry-like complexity. Perfect for deglazing, bold vinaigrettes, and adding depth to marinades. Pairs perfectly with our Honey Vinegar, or our Martha Stoumen Rosé vinegar.
Each 375 ml glass bottle is finished with paper labels and a natural cork closure for beautiful display.
