Apple of My Eye – Caramel Collection

We make six flavors of apple cider caramels, and choosing a favorite isn't easy! So we've gathered all six into one beautiful gift box, from buttery Spiced Apple Pie to Rose Petals + Cocoa Nibs, with a few delicious surprises along the way.

Every caramel begins with freshly pressed cider from heirloom apples grown on our Sonoma County farm. We slowly cook it with local butter and cream, then bring in the flavors we love: fragrant rose petals, apple brandy and walnuts, rich coffee and cocoa nibs, crispy toasted almonds, and candy cap mushrooms, which have the most wonderful maple-like flavor.

There's something especially satisfying about opening six little gold-foiled boxes and deciding which flavor to try first. We cut and wrap our caramels with Virgil, our restored century-old confectionery machine, then tuck everything into our custom-printed kraft gift box, ready for giving.
