We think chocolate and matcha belong together, especially in a thoughtful seasonal gift. Matcha gives the cocoa a fresh, green flavor, while mint makes every cup taste brighter. We make Cozy Cocoa with a lovely single-origin organic + fair trade cocoa, Japanese matcha and organic mint oil. Together, they create a comforting blend of deep chocolate, fragrant matcha and cool mint. Made with hot milk, it is part matcha latte and part hot chocolate. It is especially delicious with shortbread, so each jar comes with our recipe for Cozy Cocoa Shortbread—a very good reason to save a little cocoa for baking.

For the season, Cozy Cocoa comes in a limited-edition constellation-printed glass jar, finished with a charming sticker on the lid. It is ready to give, share or keep on hand for cozy winter moments. Once the cocoa is gone, simply peel off the watercolor label and reuse the jar for tea, spices, coffee or anything else that needs a beautiful home. The reusable glass jar is our little gift to you this season, included at no extra charge.

Our Orchards

We grow a variety of apples: Pink Pearl, Red Rome Beauty, Yellow Bellflower, Gravenstein, and Golden Delicious, just to name a few! Sustainability is key, so our trees are rain irrigated and all of our apple pomace and waste is spread out to fertilize our trees. Peel to pip, our process is a closed loop.
