Wine Vinegars

Good wine can become very good vinegar—it just needs time.

We make these vinegars slowly, using the traditional Orléans method and long aging in oak barrels. The collection includes our Estate Red Wine Vinegar and two special collaborations with Sonoma County winemaker Martha Stoumen: a deep, velvety red and an earthy rosé with a beautiful pink color. Use them in vinaigrettes, pan sauces, roasted vegetables, braises, or whenever dinner is nearly there but needs one last bright note.
