Blackberries give this shrub its deep, juicy fruit flavor, while Meyer lemons keep it tart and lively. Our shrubs begin with apple cider vinegar made from apples grown on our certified organic farm in Sebastopol, California. From there, we add whole fresh fruit — not just juice — and just enough sugar to balance the acidity, giving each shrub layers of real fruit flavor without making it overly sweet.
