These sophisticated caramels combine two of our favorite ingredients — local toasted walnuts and delicious apple brandy. They’re perfectly balanced, highlighting both the earthy flavor of the nuts and the subtle warmth of the brandy without being too spiked!

All our luxurious caramels start as freshly-pressed cider, made from the heirloom apples we grow on our Sonoma County organic farm. We slow-cook our candies to buttery perfection using local butter and cream, California walnuts + freshly ground spices. We dust every caramel with our Pink Pearl apple powder and vanilla bean sea salt to create both a delicious and beautiful treat!

I had seen this product through Milk Street, and was curious, So, I purchased 2 sample packets, one for me to sample and the other as a stocking stuffer. Well, the stocking stuffed never did make it to the stocking, but wow were these amazing!!! I will definitely purchase again, and I will share in my next order. I highly recommend Little Apples! I purchased these to send to my parents for the holidays but somehow wound up eating them with my partner when I couldn't resist the temptation any longer! They are so good--like--every time I have ever purchased a nice caramel I have wanted it to taste like this. The notes of apple are fresh and crisp with the taste on brandy being just strong enough to add a rounded depth to it.
