Apple Cider Caramels with Candy Caps Treat Pack
Candy Caps are a type of mushroom that grows wild in Northern California, including on the hills around our farm. We add these tiny mushrooms to our apple cider caramel base, making the candy taste (and smell) just like maple syrup! I'd love for you to try this local treat, and I promise you they don't taste like mushrooms!
All our caramels start as freshly-pressed cider from the heirloom apples we grow on our Sonoma County organic farm. We slow-cook our candies using organic sugar, local butter and cream, and freshly ground spices. We dust every caramel with our Pink Pearl Apple powder and vanilla bean sea salt.
1.8 oz. bag (6 pieces) An on-the-go size great for lunchboxes, gift baskets, or to keep handy in case of candy emergencies!
