Apple of My Eye – Caramel Collection

All six flavors of our apple cider caramels, gathered together in one beautiful gift box. For anyone who loves our caramels, this is the whole delicious collection.

Every batch begins with freshly pressed cider from heirloom apples grown on our Sonoma County farm. We slowly cook the cider with local butter and cream, then add the ingredients that make each flavor so distinctive, from fragrant rose petals and cocoa nibs to earthy candy cap mushrooms and apple brandy.

Our caramels are cut and wrapped by Virgil, our restored century-old confectionery machine, then tucked into individual kraft boxes with gold foil accents. All six boxes come nestled together in our custom-printed gift box, ready for giving.
