Four distinctive vinegars, each with its own story and flavor, gathered into one gift box for people who love to cook.

Our collaboration with Sonoma County winemaker Martha Stoumen brings two bright, lively vinegars made from her natural red and rosé wines. Our Estate Red Wine Vinegar is a delicious contrast, richer and deeper in flavor.

Then there's our Triple-fermented Honey Vinegar, made with wildflower honey from a family friend in the Sacramento foothills. We add the honey to our own apple cider vinegar, ferment it again, and age it for two years in French oak barrels. The result is beautifully floral, aromatic, and not overly sweet.

Four very different vinegars to experiment with in vinaigrettes, sauces, marinades, and all kinds of cooking. Each brings something different to the table.
