An elegant collaboration between acclaimed Sonoma County winemaker Martha Stoumen and Little Apple Treats. Starting with 100% Negroamaro grapes grown on dry-farmed hillsides at Bricarelli Ranch in Ukiah, this rosé became vinegar through our traditional Orléans Method.
Aged for two years in French Oak barrels, this vinegar is light and sophisticated with a beautiful deep pink hue. The flavor is complex and earthy with hints of desert fruit and warm spice—delicate but never timid. It brings bright acidity that elevates without overpowering, making it perfect for seasonal salads, glazing roasted vegetables, or adding a touch of wine country elegance to any dish.
Each 375 ml glass bottle is finished with a paper label and a natural cork closure, like a bottle of wine.
