Strawberry + Pink Peppercorn Shrub — Estate Bottle

Our Estate Bottles are made for those who find themselves reaching for their favorite shrub again and again. Each custom-printed glass bottle is finished with a natural cork and filled with the same small-batch shrub we make here in Sebastopol, California. Designed to be as beautiful on the table or bar cart as it is useful in the kitchen, it’s a bottle you’ll reach for often.

Fresh local strawberries get a little lift from pink peppercorns in this Good Food Award-winning shrub. The peppercorn isn’t really spicy — instead, it heightens the strawberry flavor and adds just the tiniest kick at the end. Mix it with sparkling water, or make an easy rosé spritzer with rosé, a splash of shrub, sparkling water, and a slice of lemon.

About our shrubs

Our shrubs begin with apple cider vinegar made from apples grown on our certified organic farm in Sebastopol, California and slowly aged in oak barrels for two years. From there, we add whole fruit — not just juice — and just enough organic cane sugar to balance the acidity and let the fruit shine.
