Summer is waning so we like to end our days outside, soaking in the last of the light while tasting something summery-sweet. Unlike anything you have tried, this mocktail is subtly spiced from the pink peppercorns and accented by a tangy strawberry finish.
Ingredients:
- 1 jigger (two tablespoons) Strawberry Pink Peppercorn Shrub
- 1 can Strawberry sparkling water
- 2 strawberries
- Sprig of tarragon or basil
Instructions:
Muddle two strawberries, add shrub, top with Sparkling water and garnish with your herb sprig.
