Blackberry Ume Sparkler
- 1.5oz Earl Grey tea
1oz our Blackberry Lemonade Shrub
- .25oz Elderflower (we used FloraLuna Chamomile Elderflower)
- 2oz Kimino Ume Sparkling Juice
- Garnish: Dill frond
First prep the tea by steeping 2 bags in 16oz of water for 4-5 minutes then set aside to cool.
Shake tea, Blackberry Lemonade Shrub, and elderflower with one large ice cube hard and quick.
Strain into glass of your choice and add Ume Sparkling Juice. Fill with ice or one large cube and garnish with dill. Enjoy!
