The bay adds an intriguing herbal flavor that we love!
- 2 tablespoons Triple Citrus Shrub
- 2 teaspoons bay syrup
- sparkling water (we love lemon or grapefruit)
- fresh or dried bay leaves to garnish
Bay Syrup Ingredients:
- simmer 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 5 fresh or dried bay leaves
Simmer for 5 minutes. Cover and let steep for 20 min. Strain out the bay leaves and chill.
Fill your The Farm Is Mostly Sky cocktail jar with ice, add shrub and syrup, top with bubbly water, garnish with the bay leaf, stir and enjoy!
