Citrus and Bay Bubbly Mocktail or Cocktail
A refreshing and easy mocktail for those that like a little fizz! The bay adds an intriguing herbal flavor that we love. There's an option to make this with champagne or prosecco to make it a cocktail instead!
2 tablespoons Blood Orange + Meyer Lemon Shrub
- 2 teaspoons bay syrup
- sparkling water (we love lemon or grapefruit)
- fresh or dried bay leaves to garnish
1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 5 fresh or dried bay leaves
Bay Syrup Ingredients
Simmer all ingredients for 5 minutes. Cover and let steep for 20 min. Strain out the bay leaves and chill.
Fill your The Farm Is Mostly Sky cocktail jar with ice, add shrub and syrup, top with bubbly water, garnish with the bay leaf, stir and enjoy!
