- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of sugar
- Combine ingredients in a pot and bring to a simmer, stirring for 2 minutes
- Let this cool and then move it into an airtight container
- You can keep these in the fridge for 1-2 weeks (if they last that long before you eat them all!)
Enjoy on salads, tacos, bowls, eggs - ANYTHING!
