Ingredients

• 1 garlic clove, grated on a microplane
• 1 small piece of ginger, grated on a microplane (about 1 tsp. or to your taste, I prefer more!)
• ¼ cup plum-vanilla shrub

• ½ cup olive oil

• squeeze of lime
