Floral hibiscus and warming ginger make this shrub bright, tangy, and gently spicy. Add a splash to sparkling water, turn it into an easy hibiscus lemonade with muddled lemon and fresh mint, or mix it into cocktails and mocktails when you want something refreshing with a little warmth.

Our shrubs begin with apple cider vinegar made from apples grown on our certified organic farm in Sebastopol, California. For this one, we add organic ginger and hibiscus blossoms, plus just enough sugar to balance the acidity and let those bright, floral flavors shine.

For inspiration, a complimentary cocktail + mocktail recipe card is included with your order.

  • Hand-crafted in small batches

  • Made with apple cider vinegar aged in oak barrels for two years

  • Delicious in sparkling water, lemonade, cocktails, and mocktails

Our Orchards

We grow a variety of apples: Pink Pearl, Red Rome Beauty, Yellow Bellflower, Gravenstein, and Golden Delicious, just to name a few! Sustainability is key, so our trees are rain irrigated and all of our apple pomace and waste is spread out to fertilize our trees. Peel to pip, our process is a closed loop.
