This hand-crafted cider vinegar from our Sonoma County orchard is pressed on the farm and aged in oak barrels for two years. We then infuse it with ginger, turmeric, horseradish and peppers. Based on a traditional folk recipe, Wildfire Cider is a live product packed with probiotics.
