We grow a variety of apples: Pink Pearl, Red Rome Beauty, Yellow Bellflower, Gravenstein, and Golden Delicious, just to name a few! Sustainability is key, so our trees are rain irrigated and all of our apple pomace and waste is spread out to fertilize our trees. Peel to pip, our process is a closed loop.
The Mull Spice is fantastic. It makes a wonderful tea to have in the evening, it also is nice for making a mulled wine! The aromas and flavor are so rich and so very flavorful, it is a total delight to the taste buds. It is definitely my “go to” evening beverage!
This spice made the house smell so festive and the recipe was easy to follow. This is our first time buying it, we loved it!
Waiting to try it in the Rosy Tequila Recipe.
The smell of this jar is so beautiful. It's hard to save it for the holidays.
I love that it's simple ingredients from a small business. I think this will become an annual purchase.
Bonus they sent us some sample caramels and they were sooo good. Now I have to try those out.
I've bought this a few years in a row now and I love it! It's perfect to mull with a dry rose or a lighter red wine.
I got a bunch of items as a gift, they were all great. One was this mulling spice, and it came with a margarita recipe. I know I need to steep it in tequila, but after that I don’t know because I lost the recipe card. Can anyone help?
Hi Michelle! Here's the Rosy Tequila recipe--Pour entire jar of Mulling Spice into a quart canning jar. Pour a 750ml. bottle of tequlia (or mezcal, for a smokier flavor!) into the jar and infuse for several hours or overnight. Strain. Makes a beautiful Margarita!--enjoy!
