Coconut Coffee Cloud

We know apple cider vinegar in coffee sounds unconventional, but this recipe has won over so many skeptics! Our apple balsamic vinegar adds subtle smoky depth that enhances rather than overpowers coffee, while carbonated coconut water provides a light, tropical base. The coconut milk float creates the signature cloud effect—as it slowly mixes, it adds creamy richness to each sip. This dairy-free option is perfect when you want something lighter than traditional iced coffee.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 jigger apple balsamic vinegar
  • 2 jiggers cold brew
  • 1 bottle carbonated coconut water
  • Fresh coconut milk for floating (we use Realcoco unsweetened from the refrigerated section—look for cartons, not cans!)

Instructions

  1. Fill a 16 oz glass with ice
  2. Add apple balsamic vinegar and cold brew
  3. Add carbonated coconut water and stir very gently
  4. Carefully float the coconut milk on top using the back of a spoon
  5. Watch the beautiful cloud effect as you sip and enjoy!
